The Century Universal is an infrequently encountered but interesting and usable camera manufactured in the thirties. Made primarily of cherry wood, the Century Universal is a self-casing design with traditional red leather bellows, primarily brass and some aluminum hardware, coated with a thin layer of silver plate. This coating is so thin that when it oxidizes it is easily mistaken for gray paint.
